We want you to love your Alex Mill pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size or color.
Print and Pack
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.
Drop Off
Bring your package to any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
